Domaine du Météore – Parangon AOP Saint-Chinian Rouge BIO 2018
Dark garnet colour, the nose is powerful and complex with blackberry jam, deep creme de cassis, Sichuan pepper and
Ristretto coffee. The palate is full, fleshy and fresh with a generous finish.

VINIFICATION
The grapes come from Domaine du Météore’s best plots and are harvested at optimum maturity. They are destemmed and vinified
traditionally. And followed by a post-fermentative maceration of 3 to 5 weeks. Aged for 22 months in new oak barrels from Burgundy.
