Domaine du Météore – Lyrides AOP Faugères Blanc BIO 2019
Pale gold in colour. Complex notes of pear, candied citron, jasmine and a touch of vanilla. Well-rounded and elegant on the palate, expect an exceptional long full finish with freshness of its Faugères terroir.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed and fermented directly in new Burgundy oak barrels to ensure exeptional depth. To refine aromas. the wine is then aged on its lees for 10 months in Burgundy oak barrels.
