Domaine du Météore – Le Météore AOP Languedoc Rouge 2019
Deep purple colour with crimson reflections. The bouquet combines the freshness of balsamic nuances (garrigue, eucalyptus), with intense notes of jam and black fruits. On the palate a freshness unfolds and offers a finish of silky tannins.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed, then vinified in stainless steel tanks and the tannins and color are extracted using several traditional methods (plumping-over, racking and pigeage). Aged in steel tanks.
