Domaine du Météore – Le Météore AOP Languedoc Blanc BIO 2022
Bright silver-lemon colour. On aeration, notes of citrus, pollen and flint appear on the nose. The mouth is tonic, refreshing, and harmonious.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture their frutiness. Aged in steel tanks.
