Domaine du Météore – Lyrides AOP Faugères Rouge BIO 2017
Deep cherry red colour with purple hues. Powerful nose with aromas of fresh blackberry, laurel and cocoa. Powdery tannins on
the palate with a fresh and elegant finish. Serve with roast beef, pan-fried ceps or duck breast. Decant one hour before serving.

VINIFICATION
The grapes come from our most beautiful plots in AOP Faugères and are harvested at optimum maturity. They are destemmed
and vinified traditionally, followed by a post-fermentation maceration of 3 to 5 weeks. Aged for 22 months in new oak barrels from Burgundy.
