Domaine du Météore – Léonides AOP Faugères Blanc BIO 2022
Pale, clear and brilliant colour with silver tints. This is a Languedoc white with a Loirean aromatic character. The
first nose is delicate with mineral notes of gunflint and flint, and opens up with aeration to lemon, almond blossom and nutmeg. The palate is punchy and dynamic, with a mineral and saline finish. A perfect pairing for white fish or shellfish such as oysters.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed directly and fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture their frutiness. Aged in steel tanks.
